At Plum, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our goal is to get you back in the game as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of wear from the field or gym.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
